ID-IRI Study assesing the life quality of chronic hepatitis B patients is published in “Health and Quality of Life Outcomes’.

The study was performed prospectively in 57 participating centers and 4257 patients with CHB were enrollled into the analysis. The life quality was high in inactive HBsAg carriers, and found to be worse when the disease activates. We found that the patients feel to have a better life when antiviral treatment is started.
